Formula One is my cheapest formula, but is not at least a discount offer, It just meets the needs of beginners or experienced models who want a complete and simple offer for personal use without the need to go through the maintenance and exchanges necessary to establish a quote such as a session “normal”

The One formula is based on the time spent together, you leave with your files on the USB key you bring ( or delivery by dropbox )

How it works :

– Preparation before the session ( tell me why you take pictures – Special Event, Improvement – Contribution for Book for model agency already registered or wishing to enter an agency , Social Media Profile Pictures, Dating site, CV, Media Kit )- Online or phone interview ( about 1 hour ) ( physical appointment not possible due to lack of time on this formula )

– Choice in advance the Main Theme ( studio, Portrait, full level, composite, Exterior, Fashion, Lingerie, Lifestyle, corporate ) in order to define the type of light needed, Weather and organization. I know my neighbourhood well, I have green spaces and spots just minutes from my home, in general to maximize shooting time, In this formula, we define a place close to my studio if it is from the outside.

– Define the Styling and additional resources ( This package does not include a pro makeup artist, option possible from 40€ ). I have a very large clothing dressing room, accessories that I offer you access to too. but be careful, Fittings take time and you have to be efficient so as not to penalize the shooting, and retouching.

– Session and Shooting ( about 1h30 to 2h30 ) in music, in relaxation and/or introspection. A photo shoot is not just the crackling of flashes, It's also a work on yourself, An experience in which I accompany you. In this part, I bring you my expertise, I guide you on the poses, I would like to thank you coach and very often I give tips to know how to pose. All this according to your morphology, Your style, and your goals.

– Immediately after shooting, We download the photos to the computer. You make a Progressive sorting ( from 1 to 5 stars by making several successive passes and on which I can also assist you by advising you ) , This step is the first originality of the formula, You have real control over the choice, All the people tell me that it's very important for them to progress in photography, understand the tips and tricks I give during the session.
Depending on the type of session and the sensitivity of each person, The number of photos selected can vary greatly, On average, the final selection before retouching is between ten and thirty photos. ( about 1 hour – 1h30 )

– Once you have finished selecting the photos, and depending on the time available ( about 1 hour ), I edit your favorite photos, which once again allows you to choose what suits you best ( Black and white, Vintage effect, Form retouching, Skin smoothing, Button Correction ). This part is very dependent on the level of finish, sometimes we will spend time on 3 photos to have a very advanced result, sometimes it will be a treatment on a larger quantity, just to set the mood.
This step really allows you to have what you want, according to your tastes ! If you absolutely like photos, I can obviously touch them up against option ( depending on the retouching between 10 and 50€ per photo ) After the session. But the idea remains to make you discover the profession of model or photographer by getting involved in the complete production chain.

– export and copy of files to USB stick – The time it takes to export and copy the files is also to be taken into account ( about 30 minutes )

As you can see, It's a complete service – Preparation – Shooting – Coaching – Selection – Retouching- Shipping included , which lasts a good half a day. It is therefore necessary to block about 3 to 5 hours on the day of the session depending on the theme and your experience.

Q : But it's expensive !
A : The annoying question, and the reason why I wrote this page, when you take the time spent ( without hardware damping ), We most often have 4 to 5 hours of work.
The minimum wage is about 10€ net, 20€ with charge ( that I pay on my side ), We arrive at a floor price of 100€ if I was only worth the minimum wage, I am subject to VAT ( 20% ) , so when you pay 132€, I actually only earn 60€ before tax and depreciation of the equipment, So don't say it's overpriced 🙂

Q : but why is it so cheap then ?
A : I don't just do photography for the money, an offer was needed “easy” and especially for me, The session over, I am relieved and I have no more work to do ( unless retouched as an option ), It is an offer to not only have photos but to discover your potential or prepare a more structured session ( Big team, Hairdresser Makeup Assistant, styling and prestigious places, etc.. )

Q : how many photos I would have ?
A : As I explained, it depends on a lot of things, rather than applying the philosophy of fellow photographers : 10 HD retouched photos , I involve you in the choice , priorities and the universal datum which is TIME !

Q : How many photos are taken during the session ?
A : Again, it varies greatly depending on the subject, if you are on the move or “Calm”, usually a 1h30 session – 2H is between 300 and 600 photos, On average, the first selection made by the participants allows them to retain 15 to 20% of the photos, then more and more, to finish with a copy of the selected files ( You will not have all the photos but only the photos with or without retouching that corresponds to the tight selection ( 3-star equivalent or higher ), i.e. an average of 10 to 30 photos that can be fully exploited, with usually 5 to 10 really strong and different photos.

Q : How far in advance should we allow to find the date of our session ?
A : Depending on the time of year, It usually takes 1 to 3 weeks, weekends ( yes I work Saturday and Sunday ) are often more in demand or I'm busy myself, so it takes 3 to 6 weeks ). But as the weather is capricious, There are cancellations and I can often find a solution if you have an emergency.

Q : Can I come accompanied ?
A : yes BUT I would ask you to let me know in advance, if you are accompanied by a person, I would ask that another person of my choice be present as well ( Principle of parity ), in order to avoid drifts on the opinions of the course of a session ( And yes it happens that 2 people describe a session with exaggeration and testify in a false way about events that did not happen ), by the way, The studio is equipped with a remote monitoring system.
